Placing an order

  1. How much do I save by buying here instead of www.rawnice.com?
    At Rawnice BULK, you save 40-50% on our retail pricing. You can unlock these savings by spending a minimum of $350 USD.

  2. What is the minimum wholesale order amount I can order?
    In order to buy at wholesale pricing, you need to spend $350 USD.

  3. How can I order?
    You can place an order here, or send your order request to order@rawnice.com for an invoice to be paid via bank transfer.

  4. I made a mistake in my order, can I edit or change it?
    Email us at order@rawnice.com, so we can fix this for you before this gets shipped out! All orders will be shipped at 1pm Sweden time.
  1. What currency do you support?
    We support the popular currencies we all uses, where you can select in the option in the top right corner when you're in the product page.Namely: USD, SEK, EUR, and CAD.

  2. How to pay wholesale order payment?
    You can pay while at check out, or via wire transfer for manual (request via email) orders.

  3. Can I pay with a credit card?
    Yes, you can via PayPal or shop pay at checkout.

  4. I placed an order on your website last week, but haven't heard from you. Can you tell me what's up with my order?
    Make sure to check your Spam/Junk mail for our mail because there are times when inboxes get naughty and categorize our messages under those folders.

    If you still can't find it, send us a message at order@rawnice.com and let our B2B support knows. We'll do the rest for you!

Shipping

  1. How much is shipping?
    Our standard shipping fee is $54 USD. This is because all orders ship out from Sweden and using premium, fast and safe carriers like UPS or DHL to ensure you get your products quickly.

  2. Can I get free shipping?
    YES! All orders over $1000 USD will ship for free worldwide!

  3. When will you ship my order?
    Speed is our priority. All orders will ship out the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship out the following business day.
  4. Do you ship to my country?
    We're always working to be able to ship to every country. Currently we can ship to all countries word wide except the ones on our ❌ NO SHIP ZONE listed below.

  5. What courier do you use to ship wholesale orders?
    Usually, we use UPS Express shipping arrangement, as it's the fastest when shipping from Sweden. We support others as well, like DHL etc.

  6. Will the order be delivered by local post?
    No, all B2B/wholesale orders are being shipped through door-to-door express shipping arrangement.

  7. When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
    Shipping can be as long as 2 to 5 business days if the order is from a country far from Sweden, and considering the process at your country's local custom.

  8. Where can I track my order?
    All shipments are fully trackable and delivered directly to your door. Once the order is in transit, an email with tracking information is immediately sent out. Or, you can request an update or tracking number from our B2B support. The best place to check tracking is at https://www.17track.net/

  9. I have a forwarder, can we pick up my order at your place?
    Sure! Just confirm by sharing with us your forwarder's information, and we'll prepare your order for pickup.

  10. Can we deliver the order to my house rather than the store? Absolutely yes! Wherever is most comfortable for you to receive your order is where we'd love to ship it. Just enter your desired address in the "Shipping address" field at checkout.

Returns & refunds

🔄 Rawnice's Return Policy

At Rawnice, we strive to provide you with the best possible experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to initiate a return. Please review our return policy criteria below:

  1. Return Due to Refusal or Local Import Duties:
    If your order was returned to our warehouse because you requested the courier to send it back while it was in transit or if you refused to receive it due to local import duties, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees, handling fees, and the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.

  2. Non-Delivery Within 6 Weeks:
    If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of the shipment being sent from our warehouse, and the address for the order was correctly entered, we will initiate a refund for you.

  3. Undeliverable Package:
    In the event that your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, despite the correct address being entered, we will provide a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees.

  4. Damaged or Faulty Product:
    If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund for the affected item(s).

  5. Product Dissatisfaction:
    If you are not satisfied with the product and have returned it to our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus shipping fees.

Product Information

  1. Where are your products sourced from?  

    Almost all of our superfood powders are manufactured in China, except for the Protein powders, that are manufactured here in Sweden. We have a partnered facility which we carefully selected and ensured that our powders are processed and packed in a clinically safe and professional setting. 

  2. Do you test them?
    Yes. All powders had undergone tests like heavy metals etc. to make sure it is good, not only for adult but also for kids.

  3. How many recipes or smoothies can I make per bulk bag?
    Measurement of the superfood powders, depends on the smoothie or recipes you’ll be making. Usually, the color can easily stand out with light color ingredients. But for some recipe, you’ll have to add more for a stronger color. No worries, we have suggested servings size per bulk bags at every bulk powder/product's details in this webshop, for an easy measurement.

  4. Can I use the powders for my non-food products?
    Absolutely yes! You can make anything using the powders.

  5. Do you supply to restaurants and cafés?
    Yes! In fact, we're receiving orders from restaurants and cafés in a regular basis, as we supply businesses with our superfood powders.

  6. Can I get content to promote your products?

Distribution & partnerships

If you have a distribution network, a bigger operation interested in large quantities we are open to doing custom discounted deals or country/region specific regions for distribution.
